HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Luxfurny account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Members should expect to receive their orders within 9-10 business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

Are your prices in United States Doller ($USD) ?

All prices listed on our website are in United States Doller ($USD).

Do prices include taxes ?

Prices displayed do not include taxes. Sales taxes must be added to all sales in Canada. Customers from Québec pay GST and QST. Customers from Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland pay HST. Customers from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and PEI pay GST.

Foreign orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. Luxfurny does not charge or collect duties/taxes for goods shipped to international destinations (outside of Canada). These taxes are paid by the customer upon arrival of the items to their destination country

Make sure your items are in your shopping cart and click the ‘checkout’ button. By creating an account, you will be able to manage your invoices and order history for this order and all future orders.

What is the expected delivery time if I order today ?

All our products in stock are shipped within 2 days. On every product page, you can check the delivery time.

How much will I pay for shipping ?

All our pricing includes FREE shipping on all orders within Canada and continental United States.

We pay a premium to leading furniture delivery companies to ensure the best service possible. All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.

How will my order be shipped ?

We believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. We use leading furniture delivery companies to handle our orders, each one selected depending on the final destination, weight and size of the products.

We use specialized furniture delivery companies because we do not want your bulky or fragile product to be delivered in front of your door without any other services, neither you to stay all the day at home waiting for your delivery. We prefer paying more (at our own expense) and offering the best service possible as these companies generally take extra care throughout the entire process. We may use FedEx Ground but only for very lightweight items.

How can I track my order ?

Upon dispatch of your products from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to our couriers website which will allow you to track your products in transit. You can also track your order through our track your order features

Will the carrier bring my items into my home ?

The delivery company will call you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a shipping date and time. For most of our bulky and fragile products, our delivery team will bring the pieces inside, unpack them, place them and finally remove all packaging materials. - SUBJECT TO COVID-19 policies

What if I am not home when my package arrives ?

Depending on the carrier, additional delivery attempts will be made. Re-delivery fees may apply if someone is not available to accept delivery. If your order has shipped and you are unable to receive your shipment over an extended period of time, additional storage fees may incur. Alternatively, your shipment may be rerouted back to us, thus incurring fees for re-shipment of your order.

Will I have to sign for my delivery ?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

 How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed ?

If you wish to change the address or any other delivery details before the indicated delivery date, you must send an email to adam@luxfurny.com to notify Luxfurny of this at least 48 hours prior to delivery. In this notification, you must mention the order number and the relevant product. Luxfurny will confirm the change by phone or email, or refuse if the change is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or if there is another legitimate reason to refuse the change.
